Beer Shortages in the Desert
During the 1967 Six Day War the Egyptian troops ran out of beer. This became very serious so they had to look for fresh supplies. As it turns out the only supplies they could find were in Israel so they imported some. However, after drinking this beer the Egyptian soldiers became violently ill.
The Commanding Officer became very concerned about this so he sent off a sample for analysis.
A few days later back came the reply "I am delighted to inform you that your camel is pregnant"
